Over the last ten years I have been affiliated with the largest privately owned real estate brokerage in New England. During that time, I’ve seen many agents and managers come and go, most looking to find greener grass with another brokerage or manager. Many are dissatisfied with changing their relationship and not finding their own niche within an organization. A good realtor is often prospected by other companies and tempted with what they have to offer. Though I have entertained these opportunities I have stayed loyal and confident with the large firm I have been with, until I met Becky Berarducci.
Becky had reached out to me after I had worked with one of her long time agents. She had something to offer that spoke volumes with me. “Tom, I don’t care about how much you may produce, it’s not about keeping up with the Jones’, it’s how you treat your clients and fellow agents. I’m reaching out to you based on how great of an experience my agent had working with you.” “Integrity Matters,” she said “and that’s what my company of 15 years is built upon”.
As a lifelong Plainville resident who had grown up in a family owned business on Whiting Street, Becky’s tactfulness and respect for the community made me feel right at home. This is a quality that I share and I’m excited to be a part of her team.
In addition to being a proud townie and investor in Plainville, I bring unique state and local government real estate experience to Berarducci Realtors. I create real value in property and places and am excited to work closely with a Broker Owner that has a business model built on Integrity and community.
